Cold Calling Campaigns:
Once we learn about your business, we consult, and assist in identifying a potential client market with our clients, and help you select several test lists with different sets of criteria for new client acquisition. Our next focus is dedicated to scripting and testing several approaches until success is reached with our team leaders. Thus, begins further training of other members of the team and the slow, steady roll-out of the campaign to maintain objectives.

QCSS technology integrates and manages lists within the system, we utilize predictive dialers which systematically call consumers and transfer successful connections to a designated Telephone Marketing Representatives (TMR) who are dedicated to your project and trained with marketing goals and how to overcome objections. When call is presented to the TMR, the consumer's name, address, and other available information are simultaneously presented on the TMR's workstation along with a client's customized script.

Reporting and statistics:
Our clients are provided with statistics that assist you in evaluating the progress of the campaign, list selection, accuracy, and penetration. Customized reporting allows you to take advantage of knowledge according to talk time per presentation, sales per hour, calls per hour, and to make necessary changes as needed. We also provide business-to-business marketing services to clients whose target markets include many small-to-medium-sized businesses. These services are designed to enhance and grow your database of information utilizing proven methods to attain information about your prospects and clients. We can generate leads, schedule appointments for your sales forces,and sell services and products to accounts that may not warrant face-to-face sales representation.

Rates for Outbound Services
We charge an hourly fee for outbound telemarketing and require all fees to be paid in advance before the start of a project for the initial testing period. Hourly rates are based on the size of the project, and profile of TMR required to implement your objectives and range from $35 for business to consumer and $35-$45 for business to business. Hourly rates include project management, standard updated scripting changes, Telephone Marketing Representative salary, ongoing training, and standard reporting. Set-up fees of $350 include 1 hour of consulting, scripting, up to 4 hours campaign programming, selection of list, and administrative costs involved in preparing for the initial calling.
