Cathy along with her best friend Karin Hall started QCSS in 1991. Since then Cathy has become a well respected leader among family, friends, employees, and the business community. Cathy prides herself on being a Christian leader. She partakes in Christian leadership groups and more importantly practices what she believes. God is very important to her along with her family. She spends most of her time with her husband Tom & their 7 children. She has spoken at several leadership events and is always networking with others. Cathy is best known for her big heart- she is full of compassion and always is thinking of the needs of others. This is a trait she instills in all who are employed at QCSS.

Karin Hall

Karin is a Co-Founder of QCSS & has been a principal of the company for over 18 years. Business is very important to Karin and she is an excellent networker. A proud accolade Karin has received was "Member of the Year" from Samurai Executive Networking Group. Karin enjoys spending time with her Husband Hilton & her 2 daughters. She is very active in watching & supporting her kids who travel the country to play soccer. She loves reading & sharing coffee with friends. Karin attended Wartburg College in Iowa. She received her Bachelor's in Education with a minor in music.

Tom Karabetsos

Tom enjoys dabbling in all aspects of the business. Being a Christian leader and living that out daily is important to Tom. He enjoys spending time with his wife Cathy & their 7 children. He has a very large extended family and he enjoys spending much of his free time with them. Tom is a big fan of soccer- his favorite teams are the US National team- both women & men and the National Greek team. He loves to watch all of his children play soccer and Tom plays soccer all year round. Tom attended Northeastern University to study business management and computer programming.

Ted Karabetsos

Ted has been a principal of QCSS for over 17 years. He went to Wright College for Computer Science and then took on Accounting in later years. He is extremely hard working and has a very keen mind for business. This is the fifth business Ted has owned- each one unique & different from the others. He enjoys spending time with his family, which is very large. Ted is very close with his 24 nieces and nephews. Outdoor activities also are a big part of what he enjoys in his free time. Ted plays golf- fairly well and loves to play bags, bacci ball or any type of laid back sports.

Deana Skyles

Deana has been with QCSS for over 10 years. Her growth with our company started early in her career. She has had a hand in most of the departments in the company. She ran Operations for several years before launching the QCSS Marketing department. Family is very important to her. She enjoys spending time with her husband Troy, her parents, & her 2 sisters. In her spare time she is very heavily focused on her passion of art & music. She does Black & White darkroom photography, paints, and plays bass. She also is very actively involved with softball. Every year she plays on 2 fast pitch softball leagues as the pitcher.

Donna Expose'

Donna is a new addition to our team. She has a very strong background in Account Management and keeping customers satisfied. She worked with a Fortune 500 company for over 20 years in Account Management. Donna is a customer focused & organized manager whose goal is to provide each client with the "ideal customer experience." Donna has a very strong faith in God and her Church is very important to her. She is also very close with her family & enjoys spending quiet time relaxing. We are very excited to have her on our team and we are very proud of all of her accomplishments.
